A quick guide to common questions about our fabrics, orders, and shipping.
FAQs
Where do your fabrics come from?
Our fabrics are sourced from garment factories and textile markets in South China, one of the world’s largest textile production regions. Many pieces are factory surplus or deadstock from garment manufacturing.
Why are quantities so limited?
Most of our fabrics are surplus from garment production. This means we usually receive only a few meters of each fabric. Once a piece is sold out, it is unlikely to be restocked.
Do you always know the exact fiber content?
When fiber content information is available, we include it in the product description. For some factory surplus fabrics, full specifications may not be provided, but we always describe the fabric as accurately as possible.
How are fabrics sold?
Each listing shows the exact length available. Some fabrics are sold in fixed cuts, while others may be sold by length depending on availability.
Can I buy a sample?
At the moment we do not offer samples. Due to the small quantities of many fabrics, cutting samples would significantly reduce available stock.
Do you restock fabrics?
Most fabrics are one-time finds. Because they come from factory surplus or small-batch sources, restocking the exact same fabric is rare.
Where do you ship from?
All orders ship from South China.
Can I reserve a fabric?
Because quantities are very limited, we cannot reserve fabrics. Orders are processed on a first-come, first-served basis.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide.
