Our Hope: A Perfect Match
Our greatest hope is that you will fall in love with the textile treasures you've chosen. We pour our hearts into photographing and describing each fabric with as much detail and honesty as possible, so you can feel confident in your purchase.
Please take the time to read the descriptions, check the dimensions, and appreciate the unique character of our fabrics before placing an order. If you ever have any questions or hesitation about a fabric's color, texture, or weight, please Contact Us before you buy! We are always happy to provide more details to ensure it's the perfect match for your project.
Our Policy on Returns: The Nature of Cut Fabric
As is standard practice for fine fabric shops, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on cut fabric.
Once a piece of fabric is cut to your specific desired length from the bolt or roll, it is considered a custom, personalized item and cannot be resold. For our one-of-a-kind remnants, each piece is a unique artifact, and all sales are considered final to preserve their integrity.
Therefore, please be certain of your choice before ordering, as all fabric sales are final and non-refundable.
Our Promise to You: When We Make It Right
While we cannot accept returns for change-of-mind, we stand 100% behind our work and take full responsibility for our mistakes.
We will, of course, offer a full refund (including shipping costs) or a replacement (if possible) if you have received:
-
The wrong fabric (a different item than you ordered).
-
The wrong length of fabric (a significant discrepancy from what you ordered).
-
A fabric with significant, undisclosed damage that occurred before shipping.
If you believe your order has one of these issues, please contact us at forbubbo1@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your package. Please include your order number, a clear description of the issue, and photos of the fabric you received. We will work with you immediately to resolve the problem and make it right.
A Note on "Flaws": For our Heritage Handweaves and Deadstock fabrics, please remember that small irregularities, "storymarks" like age spots, or slight variations in color are not considered damage, but are a celebrated part of their unique, authentic character, and are described in the product listings.
