OUR STORY
Bubbo is an independent fabric studio built around selection rather than volume.
Each piece is sourced in limited quantities — often as deadstock, archive fabric, or studio surplus — and chosen for its hand, structure, and character rather than trend or price.
We work with fabrics that were originally produced for garments, not mass retail: cottons with intention, expressive prints, specialty silks, and materials meant to be sewn into something lasting.
Bubbo does not operate as a traditional fabric store.Lengths are offered as complete pieces, not continuous yardage.
What you see is what exists.

Our Approach
Every fabric is handled, evaluated, and listed personally
Bubbo is intentionally small and run by a single editor and maker. Every fabric is handled, evaluated, and listed personally — from the first touch to the final cut. This allows for slower decisions, careful judgment, and a consistent point of view across the collection. We believe fabric is not just a supply, but a starting point. Each piece carries its own limits, possibilities, and direction.
For Makers
Bubbo is for people who sew thoughtfully.
Whether you are making a single garment, a patchwork piece, or a small project, we aim to offer materials that invite decision-making — not overwhelm it. There are no restocks. No excess inventory. No assumptions about how something should be used. Only carefully chosen fabrics, offered as they are.
