Shipping Policy

At BUBBO, every piece of fabric is carefully packed and shipped from our studio in China.

Because many of our fabrics are one-off deadstock pieces, shipping costs can vary depending on destination, order value, and fabric weight. We do our best to keep rates as fair as possible while still offering reliable international delivery.
We are currently unable to ship to APO, FPO, or DPO addresses, or to certain other restricted address types. If an order is placed with one of these addresses, we may need to cancel the order and issue a refund.
Processing Time

Orders are usually packed and shipped within 1–3 business days.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Estimated delivery times may vary slightly depending on destination and local customs handling.

Important Notes About Shipping

Many of our fabrics are sold as full cuts rather than continuous yardage by the bolt, and some fabrics are significantly heavier than others. Heavier fabrics may cost more for us to ship than lightweight dress fabrics, even when the order total looks similar.

We sometimes subsidize part of the shipping cost, especially on higher-value orders, but shipping charges at checkout may not cover the full delivery cost in every case.

Taxes and Duties

For most small international orders, customers do not need to do anything extra at checkout beyond paying the shipping charge shown on the website.

However, customs policies vary by country. Any customs duties, taxes, or import charges required by your country remain the responsibility of the customer if applicable.

Tracking and Delivery

All orders include tracking. Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

BUBBO is not responsible for delays caused by customs, local postal services, weather disruptions, or incorrect address information provided at checkout.

Lost or Returned Packages

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal to accept the parcel, reshipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
