Shipping Destinations
At this time, we ship to the United States, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand only.
We focus on these regions to ensure reliable delivery and consistent service during this stage of the studio.
Shipping Rates
All orders are shipped from South China / Hong Kong, one of the world’s largest textile trading regions.
Flat-rate international shipping:
— $15 per order
— Free shipping on orders over $168
Please note:
International shipping for fabric is calculated by weight, not size. Fabric orders are heavier than typical retail goods.
The shipping fee shown at checkout is partially subsidized by us.
We absorb part of the actual cost to keep pricing transparent and predictable for our customers.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days.
Before shipping, each fabric piece is:
• carefully measured
• inspected
• photographed for record
• and packed by hand in our studio
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order is dispatched.
How Our Fabrics Are Sold
All fabrics are sold by the piece, not by the meter or yard.
Most items are:
• limited deadstock
• surplus from garment production
• or single studio lots
Once a piece is prepared and allocated to an order, it is considered reserved.
Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of international shipping and fabric resale:
All fabric sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.
This policy exists because:
• international shipping costs are high and largely non-recoverable
• fabric condition may be affected by handling and re-packing
• returned fabric cannot always be resold as new
In Case of an Issue
We stand behind our process.
Before shipping, every order is photographed and documented in our studio.
If you receive an item that is:
• incorrect
• damaged in transit
• or significantly different from what was described
please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, including photos of the issue.
If the issue is confirmed to be on our side,
we will offer an appropriate refund or resolution.
A Note from the Studio
Bubbo is a small, independent fabric studio.
We work with limited pieces, handle each order ourselves,
and price our fabrics honestly based on sourcing, condition, and rarity.
Thank you for understanding — and for choosing to work with fabric thoughtfully.
