A beautiful double-layer cotton twill with a rich dark floral print in muted green, plum, soft pink, taupe and warm brown. The print has a slightly vintage, painterly feel, and the dark base makes the colors look deep and sophisticated rather than overly bright.
The fabric is soft but substantial, with the extra body and warmth that comes from its double-layer construction. At around 228 gsm, it feels noticeably weightier than ordinary cotton shirting, but it still has a comfortable hand rather than feeling stiff. The twill weave gives it a smooth surface with good durability and a softly structured drape.
