A dramatic double-border print inspired by a mysterious witching-hour story. The main field features tiny witches, bats, stars, drifting clouds, and vine-wrapped vertical details across a deep plum-red background. In person, the base color has a stronger muted plum tone than it appears in the photograph.
Both selvage edges are finished with an elaborate illustrated border of Gothic arches, black cats, witches, moonlit scenes, ornamental gates, and storybook details. The border creates plenty of possibilities for intentional placement along skirt hems, sleeves, bodices, or statement panels.
At approximately 138 gsm, the fabric has a light-to-medium weight with enough body to hold gathers, pleats, sleeves, and defined silhouettes. It would work especially well for border-print dresses, gathered skirts, blouses, lightweight jackets, costumes, or dark romantic separates.
Because the print is directional and includes borders along both sides, careful pattern placement is recommended before cutting.
