A striking silky polyester with an ornate medallion-and-border print in rich rust red, cream and deep brown. The large decorative motifs give it a scarf-inspired, slightly vintage feel, while the deep warm palette makes it especially suited to autumn and evening pieces.
What makes this fabric more interesting is the subtle tonal jacquard texture woven into the surface. The understated pattern catches the light softly and gives the fabric extra depth, so it feels more dimensional than a flat printed satin.
The fabric itself is very smooth, fluid and drapey, with a faux-silk hand that feels soft and sleek rather than stiff. At around 155 gsm, it has enough substance to fall beautifully without feeling flimsy. It is also opaque, making it practical for dresses and separates without automatically requiring a lining.
