This is a lightweight 100% cotton voile, around 70 gsm. It has a soft, breathable hand and a very light cotton feel. The fabric is thinner than poplin or lawn, making it lovely for warm-weather tops and airy garments. Because of the light weight and pale base, it may be slightly sheer, so lining may be preferred for dresses or skirts.
